The San Bernardino County Fire Department (California, USA) posted images captured from inside the cockpit of a Beechcraft Sundowner plane Monday while the pilot was making an emergency landing in a remote area of the Reserve. Mojave National, after the engine stopped.
Luckily, the landing was soft enough to not do critical damage to the plane or the people on board. The pilot and the passenger were unharmed, despite the spectacular landing maneuver, and were rescued with a helicopter.
It was odd that the passenger was recording but it allowed us to witness this amazing moment and in a first-person, point of view angle. To witness the spectacular landing, check out the video below!
