An “immense fireball” Falls from the Sky in Mexico and has Been Seen from Various States [VIDEO]

A meteorite has traveled through the sky of Mexico City. The large fireball has been seen from several of the states that make up the federal republic, such as Jalisco, Guanajuato, Querétaro or Michoacán.
According to the Department of Seismology and Volcanism of the Institute of Geological and Atmospheric Research AC (SIMMSA), the object entered the atmosphere at 8:18 p.m. from central Mexico and the perceived explosion has been caused, as usual, by friction of the rocky material with the atmosphere.
According to the institution, most likely, the meteorite has completely disintegrated before making landfall.
In addition to the cameras that control the country’s seismic and volcanic activity, several users posted photos and videos of the fireball crossing the night sky on social networks.
