Alla Garkovenko missed a great opportunity to keep her mouth shut.
The sexy dance instructor was on board the Ural Airlines flight to Simferopol, Crimea, which urgently landed in a cornfield on Thursday.
Miraculously, none of the 233 people on board the aircraft died in the accident and only a few minor injuries were reported.
The pilot of the Airbus A321, Damir Yusupov, is now hailed as a hero, all over the world.
But in the moments following the fortunately aborted tragedy, the Russian starlet published a video that several voices denounced, as reported in the Daily Mail.
In this video, she and her friend Darya “Dasha” Kalgina walk among the tall grass a few dozen metres from where the plane landed after catching a flock of seagulls.
She says, “We crashed, cursed. With the damn Ural Airlines. And now we’re caught in some damn cornfield. It’s crap,” before sarcastically adding, “Isn’t that cool?”
While most of the other passengers on the aircraft were busy making sure they were all in one piece or thanking the captain for his heroic maneuver, the young woman continued to complain to her Instagram subscribers.
“Look… we’re all droppings, when we were supposed to go to the Crimea. To say that I am alive doesn’t mean anything,” she continues in a detached way, never mentioning or thanking the flight crew.
Reactions were not long in coming on social networks, where many Internet users described the young woman as ungrateful or arrogant.
However, some of her fans thought it was a joke, to which the dance teacher replied, insulted and said that it made her angry and “to stop writing such nonsense to her”.
What is particularly ironic is that Alla Garkovenko makes a career under the stage name of Alla Letyashchaya, and that Letyashchaya means “flying” in Russian.
