The phenomenon was recorded during a storm, making each part of the sky look visibly different.
An inhabitant of the Danish archipelago of Ertholmene, also known as Christianso, filmed last Saturday a giant cloud that formed during a storm and separated the sky in two halves. Or at least that is the impression transmitted by the images.
“It seems as if the sky was cut in half, but they are two large clouds of different colors that touch each other,” said Carl Pescettini, the author of the material, as recorded in the description of the video.
