They Prohibit a Child from Boarding a Plane with a Shirt with a Snake to Avoid Anxiety Attacks on Passengers

A 10-year-old boy is forced to change his shirt to get on the plane.

The shirt had a printed snake that, according to airline staff, could cause passenger anxiety.

The incident occurred at the OR Tambo airport in Johannesburg, South Africa, when Stevie Lucas was about to board a plane to Wellington, the capital of New Zealand.

The 10-year-old boy had flown with his parents from New Zealand to the South African city to visit his grandparents.

When trying to board, the staff told the boy that with his black shirt, which had a large green snake printed, he could not get on the plane.

Stevie’s parents assured the ‘DailyMail‘ that security agents assured them that the snake’s shirt could cause anxiety to other passengers .

The parents asked the child to turn around his shirt so as not to lose the plane.

Fortunately, the little one has taken the incident as an anecdote.
