The passenger turnover for the month increased by 20.1% and amounted to 2,683.6 million pkm.
“The results of transportation in the past month are in line with our expectations – S7 Airlines continues to grow steadily on both domestic and international routes. Traditionally, in March, there is an increasing demand for vacation destinations during the school holidays, as well as skiing routes: passengers end the winter holiday season at resorts in Austria and Italy. Our air fleet receives new Airbus A320neo and A321neo liners, which allow us to expand the geography of flights and increase the frequency of existing flights that are in high demand”, said Igor Veretennikov, S7 Group’s director of commerce.
At the end of the month, S7 Airlines switched to the summer flight schedule, which includes direct scheduled flights to more than 30 countries of the world. This year, S7 Airlines will fly for the first time from St Petersburg to Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Olbia, and Anapa. In addition, the schedule will appear on flights from Moscow and St Petersburg to Nice, from Novosibirsk to Batumi and Guangzhou, from Vladivostok to Taipei.
